At Matteau, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if your item isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and hygiene stickers are intact and included.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery marks.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the designated courier drop-off point and retain your receipt to track the progress of your return back to our studio.
